1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or make a purchase, we collect basic details such as your email address, payment confirmation (handled by our payment processor — we never store full card numbers), and your Discord username if you connect it for support. Our desktop app may also read general system specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version) so it can apply the correct optimization profile to your machine.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver your purchased product, provide customer support, send order confirmations, and improve our optimization profiles. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Account and purchase data is stored on secured servers with industry-standard encryption. System specs collected by the app are used locally to apply tweaks and are only sent to our servers in anonymized, aggregate form to help us improve compatibility across hardware.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties for payment processing, hosting, and community support (including Discord). These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy commitments.

5. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request account deletion at any time by contacting support. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of Dayyy Tweaks after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using Dayyy Tweaks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our products.

2. License to Use

Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use that tweak or tool on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your license or download files with others.

3. Acceptable Use

Our tools are intended for personal performance optimization only. You're responsible for complying with the terms of service of any game or platform you use alongside our software — we don't guarantee compatibility with every anti-cheat system, and use is at your own risk.

4. Account Responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep our tools available and up to date, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, pricing, and compatibility may change as games and operating systems update.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dayyy Tweaks is provided "as is." We aren't liable for indirect damages, data loss, or issues arising from misuse of our software, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, including reselling licenses or attempting to reverse-engineer our software.

1. 7-Day Refund Window

If a tweak doesn't work for your setup, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Just reach out with your order email and a brief description of the issue.

2. Eligibility

Refunds are intended for genuine compatibility or performance issues. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show signs of misuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Subscriptions

For any subscription-based products, canceling stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless it falls within the 7-day window above.

5. Need Help?

Message us on Discord or through our support contact and we'll get your refund sorted as quickly as possible.
